Services

Construction Site Development

Initial site surveys and baseline documentation before breaking ground. We establish a precise aerial record of existing conditions to support planning, permitting, and stakeholder sign-off.

Pre-construction aerial surveys establish a detailed baseline of existing site conditions — topography, drainage, vegetation, access points, and neighboring structures. This documentation supports design decisions, reduces surprises during excavation, and provides a legal record of pre-existing conditions.

We deliver georeferenced orthophotos, elevation data, and high-resolution stills suitable for use in planning applications, environmental assessments, and project presentations. All data is captured by an FAA Part 107 certified pilot.

Site Data Collection

High-resolution aerial imagery and precise measurements captured at regular intervals. We give your team the data needed to make informed decisions quickly and accurately throughout the project lifecycle.

Site data collection

We capture high-resolution orthophotos, oblique imagery, and video from consistent flight paths and camera angles, enabling accurate comparison between visits. Measurements including distances, areas, and volumes can be extracted directly from the data without requiring site personnel to be present.

Data is delivered in standard formats compatible with AutoCAD, Revit, ArcGIS, and other project management platforms. Ground control points can be incorporated for survey-grade accuracy where required.

Progression Reports

Regular aerial monitoring visits and polished progress reports for project teams and stakeholders. We document what has been completed, what is underway, and how the site compares to schedule.

Scheduled monitoring flights — weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly — capture the site from consistent positions so progress is easy to compare over time. Deliverables include curated image sets, before-and-after comparisons, and video walkthroughs suitable for sharing with investors, clients, and project owners.

Progression reports also serve as a documented record of workplace management and timeline adherence — valuable marketing material when pitching future projects to new clients.

Job Site Modeling

Photogrammetric 3D models and volumetric analysis generated from overlapping aerial imagery. We turn drone data into interactive site models that give investors and buyers a comprehensive view from start to finish.

3D point clouds and mesh models are generated from overlapping geo-referenced images captured in a systematic grid pattern. The more data collected, the more accurate and detailed the model. Models can be overlaid with blueprints to compare planned versus actual construction and identify discrepancies early.

Volumetric analysis provides accurate stockpile measurements, cut-and-fill calculations, and earthwork estimates. All collected data is supplied to your licensed land surveyor for accuracy verification and compliance. Deliverables include interactive web-based models, point clouds, and exportable mesh files.
